Kerala Ayurveda abhayarishta is a herbal wine made by fermenting the decoction of chebulic myrobalan or abhaya, raisins, or draksha, embelia fruit or vidanga, and other herbs that promote bowel wellness. It helps soften the stools and facilitates gut detox by flushing the colon. It lubricates the inner linings of the gut to have easier evacuation.

• Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food

• For children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician

• For better results, use consistently for 2-3 weeks

• If you have acidity, mix abhayarishta with an equal amount of water and take it immediately after your meal
