Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lorsaid P Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Lorsaid P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Lornoxicam and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen which relieve pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Taking Lornoxicam+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Lorsaid P Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Lorsaid P Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Lorsaid P Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Lorsaid P Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Lorsaid P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lorsaid P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Lorsaid P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
