The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.Using of this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and increased liver enzymes. If you experience any such side effects that do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects. Combilid P 100mg/325mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two pain relievers (Nimesulide, Paracetamol) and an antacid (Magnesium Trisilicate). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (swelling). The antacid neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach and reduces side effects of the pain relievers.
