Q-Car Forte Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Coenzyme Q10, Levo-carnitine, Zinc Oxide and Selenium. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals). Levo-carnitine, Zinc Oxide and Selenium provide essential nutrients. Q-Car Forte Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Q-Car Forte Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Q-Car Forte Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Q-Car Forte Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Q-Car Forte Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
