Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration directed by your doctor. Take it regularly and do not discontinue using it until the doctor tells you it is alright to stop.Using of the medicine may cause some common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and loss of appetite. If you experience any of such side effects that do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.Before using the medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have any other medical conditions or disorders. To make sure it is safe for you, you should also tell your doctor all the other medicines you are taking. It should be used with caution in patients who are alcoholic or have liver or kidney disease. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Famotidine which relieve abdominal pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by preventing the formation of chemicals responsible for fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling). Famotidine is an H2 blocker (type of antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to get relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
