Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nicostar 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Nicostar 5 Tablet is a vasodilator. It works by reducing the workload of the heart. As a result, heart muscle does not need as much blood and oxygen supply. This reduces the frequency and severity of angina attacks.

Nicostar 5 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
