Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nicostar 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Nicostar 10 Tablet is a vasodilator. It works by reducing the workload of the heart. As a result, heart muscle does not need as much blood and oxygen supply. This reduces the frequency and severity of angina attacks.

Nicostar 10 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
