Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR is an antiepileptic medication. It controls seizures or fits by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR can make you feel dizzy or drowsy especially at the start of treatment. If you are affected in this way, or if your eyesight is affected, you should not drive.
Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zepin 300 mg Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
