Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Betahistine and Domperidone which relieve symptoms of Ménièreâs disease. Betahistine is a histamine analog which works by improving blood flow in the inner ear. This lowers the build-up of fluid pressure in the inner ear. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
