Take it in the morning right after getting up from the bed. Do not drink or eat anything atleast for 30 minutes after taking this medicine.
Risofos 35mg/250mg/400IU Kit is a combination of two medicines: Risedronate, Calcium and Vitamin D3 which treat osteoporosis. Risedronate is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium helps build and maintain bones, while Vitamin D3 helps your body effectively absorb Calcium. Vitamin D3 additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls.

Risofos 35mg/250mg/400IU Kit may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Risofos 35mg/250mg/400IU Kit is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Risofos 35mg/250mg/400IU Kit does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Risofos 35mg/250mg/400IU Kit is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Risofos 35mg/250mg/400IU Kit may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
