Taking it empty stomach can cause stomach upset.
Oflox TZ Syrup is a combination of two antibiotics: Ofloxacin and Tinidazole. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Oflox TZ Syrup may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).
Oflox TZ Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Oflox TZ Syrup is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Oflox TZ Syrup may make you feel drowsy or gives you problems with coordination or sensation (e.g. numbness or weakness). This may affect your driving ability.
Oflox TZ Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Oflox TZ Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Oflox TZ Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Oflox TZ Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
