Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Eritel LN 80 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Eritel LN 80 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Eritel LN 80 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Eritel LN 80 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
There is limited information available on the use of Eritel LN 80 Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Eritel LN 80 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Eritel LN 80 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Eritel LN 80 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
