Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and chlorthalidone, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
Related Warnings
Taking Chlorthalidone with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet is not recommended in these patients.

Use of Inditel CH 6.25 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
