Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Grandem 1 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Grandem 1 Tablet is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Grandem 1 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Grandem 1 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Grandem 1 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Grandem 1 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
