Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not handle the tablets with wet hands. Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it. Grandem MD Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Grandem MD Tablet is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

Grandem MD Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Grandem MD Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Grandem MD Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
