Sugel Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Aluminium Hydroxide, Dicyclomine, Magnesium and Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone which relieve acidity, heartburn and stomach ulcers. Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium neutralize the excess acid in stomach. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
