Synclar Rediuse Suspension is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used in infections of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin and soft tissues and lungs (pneumonia).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Synclar Rediuse Suspension may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food if you are experiencing stomach upset.
Avoid Synclar Rediuse Suspension with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.
Synclar Rediuse Suspension is an antibiotic. It works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it stops the bacteria from growing, and prevents the infection from spreading.

It is generally safe to consume alcohol with Synclar Rediuse Suspension.
Synclar Rediuse Suspension may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Synclar Rediuse Suspension is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
There may be a possibility of diarrhea or rash in the baby.
Synclar Rediuse Suspension may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Synclar Rediuse Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Synclar Rediuse Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Synclar Rediuse Suspension is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Synclar Rediuse Suspension may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
