Gravidol Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure and chest pain (angina).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gravidol Tablet is to be taken with food.
Gravidol Tablet is an alpha and beta blocker. It works by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.

Taking Labetalol and alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Gravidol Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Gravidol Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Gravidol Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Gravidol Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Gravidol Tablet is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for better dose adjustment.
Gravidol Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Gravidol Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
