Ovaa Shield Combipack is a combination of three medicines: Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin and Clomiphene which treat female infertility. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It works by counteracting the harmful effect of Acetylcysteine on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus). Astaxanthin is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. Clomiphene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation).

Your treatment with Ovaa Shield Combipack may be repeated by the doctor until you get pregnant. However, treatment with Ovaa Shield Combipack can be repeated only for up to 4 menstrual cycles.
The most common side effects associated with Ovaa Shield Combipack are hot flushes (red and warm face), stomach discomfort, and breast pain. Most of these symptoms are temporary. However, if they persist, check with your doctor as soon as possible.
