How to use Vrpz 40 mg Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vrpz 40 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Medicine Works

Vrpz 40 mg Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

Related Warnings

Vrpz 40 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

Vrpz 40 mg Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Vrpz 40 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Vrpz 40 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Vrpz 40 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, the use of Vrpz 40 mg Tablet is not advised along with other medicines used for the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori infection.

Vrpz 40 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vrpz 40 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
