Uses:
The hot and cold gel pack is primarily used for sports injuries, arthritis pain, joint pain, back pain, sore neck, menstrual cramps, toothaches, hypothermia, growing pains, and sprains

• Wrap the heating pad in a thin cloth and place it in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes or till all crystals dissolve properly

• If any crystal is still left out, continue to boil again to avoid re-crystallisation

• Keep the pad in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before use

• If the temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the pad before use

• Read the label carefully before use

• Keep away from sharp edges to avoid puncture and leaking
