Evkool Eye Drop is a combination of five medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Camphor, Menthol, Phenylephrine and Naphazoline which relieve eye itching/discomfort caused by allergies. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Camphor and Menthol provide a cooling effect to the eye. Phenylephrine and Naphazoline are decongestants which work by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).
