It is advised to take Twinblok Trio Tablet ER at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. It is suggested to take the medicine at the morning time to avoid frequent urination at night. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.It may cause side effects like nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), weakness, slow heart rate, decreased blood pressure, cold extremities, and numbness of extremities. It may cause dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, and electrolytes level in the blood while taking this medicine.Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease. You must tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
