How Medicine Works

Ring-Out Plus Cream is a combination of three medicines: Clotrimazole, Clobetasol and Neomycin, which treats skin infections. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Q. What precautions should I take while using Ring-Out?

Ring-Out should not be used on the face and any contact with the eyes should be avoided. Do not apply a bandage or dressing on the area being treated, as this will increase absorption of the medicine and increase the risk of side effects. Do not give it to other people even if their condition appears to be the same.

Q. How to use Ring-Out?
