Description of Dyno-P Tablet

Dyno-P Tablet can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.Some of the common side effects of this medicine include diarrhea, indigestion, stomach pain, flatulence, swelling of hands and feet, and flu-like symptoms. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects by prescribing an alternative medicine or adjusting the dose.The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. How to use Dyno-P Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dyno-P Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Medicine Works

Dyno-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Paracetamol. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.

Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

  • Will Dyno-P Tablet be more effective if taken in higher doses?

    No, taking more of this medicine will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects. If the symptoms are getting severe, please consult the doctor for re-evaluation.

  • Can the use of Dyno-P Tablet cause damage to liver?

    Dyno-P Tablet contains Paracetamol. These medicines are known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level.
