Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Primiwal E4 Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Primiwal E4 Tablet SR is an estrogen (female sex hormone). In women who are undergoing or have attained menopause, it prevents symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings. It also prevents the bones from becoming porous and fragile (osteoporosis).

Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Primiwal E4 Tablet SR is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Primiwal E4 Tablet SR does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Primiwal E4 Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Primiwal E4 Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Primiwal E4 Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Primiwal E4 Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Primiwal E4 Tablet SR is not recommended in patients who previously had liver disease and the liver function tests are still not normal.
