Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Loette Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Loette Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive pill. It works by preventing the release of egg (ovulation) and affecting sperm movement in the womb to prevent its union with the egg. It also changes the lining of the womb and renders it unsuitable for pregnancy.

Loette Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Loette Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Nonhormonal contraceptives is preferred in breastfeeding women, especially during the first 4 weeks postpartum
It is not known whether Loette Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
