Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lasilactone 50 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Avoid Lasilactone 50 Tablet with dietary sodium.
Lasilactone 50 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Furosemide and Spironolactone. Furosemide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time, it also relaxes blood vessels, but causes potassium loss. Spironolactone is also a diuretic which conserves potassium, thereby balancing its levels in the body.

Spironolactone and alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Lasilactone 50 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lasilactone 50 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Lasilactone 50 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Lasilactone 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lasilactone 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Lasilactone 50 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
