Tobaflam Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Loteprednol etabonate and Tobramycin. Loteprednol etabonate is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. Tobramycin is an antibiotic.
