Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tachyra 200 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Tachyra 200 Tablet is an anti-arrhythmic medication. It regulates heart beat by blocking abnormal electrical signals in the heart.

Tachyra 200 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Tachyra 200 Tablet is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Tachyra 200 Tablet may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Tachyra 200 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Tachyra 200 Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease.
Tachyra 200 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Tachyra 200 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
