Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey is a combination of two medicines. It is used in the treatment of fever. It is also useful for the treatment of mild to moderate pain of various conditions like headache, body ache, and toothache.
The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, loss of appetite, and heartburn. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, you should speak to your doctor. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.
Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcer or bleeding in your stomach, high blood pressure, or have any trouble with your heart, kidneys, or liver. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist

Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Mefkind-DS Suspension Mango & Honey, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
