Topifort MX Solution is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol, Clotrimazole and Gentamicin which treat skin infections. Clobetasol is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Gentamicin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria on the skin. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.

Topifort MX Solution is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Topifort MX Solution is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
