Vomot Oral Drops is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

Vomot Oral Drops is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Vomot Oral Drops is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Limited information is available in patients taking this medicine for more than one day.
