Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin and Pregabalin. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases the pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pregarich M 750mcg/75mg Tablet SR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
