Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule is an estrogen (female sex hormone). In women who are undergoing or have attained menopause, it prevents symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings. It also prevents the bones from becoming porous and fragile (osteoporosis).

Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Prostium E Soft Gelatin Capsule is not recommended in patients who previously had liver disease and the liver function tests are still not normal.
