Pangraf 2 Capsule is used for prevention of organ rejection in transplant patients.
Pangraf (Tacrolimus) 2mg is an immunosuppressive medication mainly used in organ transplantation to avoid rejection. It operates by reducing T-cell activity to stifle immunological reactions against the transplanted organ. Following the recommended dosage and scheduling frequent follow-up visits will help monitor its effects and, if needed, modify the dosage.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pangraf 2 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Pangraf 2 Capsule with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.
Pangraf 2 Capsule is an immunosuppressant. It works by suppressing your body’s immune response following transplant of an organ (eg. liver, kidney, heart). This helps your body to accept the new organ as if it were your own.

Pangraf 2 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Pangraf 2 Capsule may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Follow very precisely the recommended dosage and schedule. Never stop using Tacrolimus or change the dosage without advice from your doctor.
