Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Simvastatin and ezetimibe.Simvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which prevents your body from making "bad" cholesterol (LDL) while raising "good" cholesterol (HDL) levels. Ezetimibe is a cholesterol absorption inhibitor which prevents absorption of cholesterol from the intestines. Together, they provide better reduction of cholesterol in your body.

Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Starstat EZ 20mg/10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.
