Esomac 10 Granules is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

Esomac 10 Granules may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult you
Esomac 10 Granules is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Esomac 10 Granules does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Esomac 10 Granules is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Esomac 10 Granules is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease.
Esomac 10 Granules should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Esomac 10 Granules may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
