Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dulcoflex 5 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Dulcoflex 5 mg Tablet is a laxative. It works by increasing the movement of the intestines, thereby facilitating the passage of stool. It also helps clean out the intestines prior to medical procedures or examination.

Dulcoflex 5 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Dulcoflex 5 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Patients may experience dizziness and/or syncope due to a vasovagal response (e.g. to abdominal spasm). If patients experience abdominal spasm they should avoid driving.
There is limited information available on the use of Dulcoflex 5 mg Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Dulcoflex 5 mg Tablet is generally not advised if there is associated vomiting as the loss of body water can be harmful to kidney function.
