Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
However, take it with a lighter meal as it takes a longer time to work when taken with heavy meal.
Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sildenafil and Dapoxetine, which treats male erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to increase the time taken to ejaculate and improve control over ejaculation.

Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet is not advised in patients with severe kidney disease.
Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Viglast S 50 mg/30 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.
