Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Indomethacin and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Taking Indomethacin+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Inmecin P 25 mg/325 mg Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
