Anispas 20mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and nimesulide which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
