Gelusil Mps Liquid is an antacid antigas liquid that helps provide quick and lasting relief from acidity, heartburn and gas.

• Dimethicone I.P

• Megnesium hydroxide I.P (Added as Magnesium Hydroxide Paste)

• Dried aluminium hydroxide I.P (Added as Aluminium hydroxide paste)

• Sorbitol solution

• Non-crystalling I.P

• Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which helps neutralise increased stomach acid

• Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas

• Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that may increase water in the intestine and reduce stomach acid. It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated
