Gelusil MPS Antacid & Antigas Original Liquid | For Acidity, Hurtburns, Gas & Stomach Care | Sugar-Free | Mint Flavour is a therapeutic digestive medication containing a balanced mix of ingredients that are widely used as an antacid, providing quick relief from acidity, heartburn and gas.

Key Ingredients: 

• Activated Dimethicone I.P.
• Magnesium Hydroxide I.P. 250 mg added as (Magnesium Hydroxide Paste)
• Dried Aluminium Hydroxide I.P. 250 mg added as (Aluminium Hydroxide Paste)
• Sorbitol Solution 70% (Non-Crystalizing) I.P.

• The Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid

• Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas

• Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid

• It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated

• For immediate effect, consume 1-2 teaspoonful of Gelusil liquid after meals

• The liquid bottles also come with a 10 ml measuring cap for precise dosage
