Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zipvert-B6 Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.
Zipvert-B6 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Cinnarizine, Dimenhydrinate and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for motion sickness. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) possesses anti-nausea properties. Zipvert-B6 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Zipvert-B6 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Zipvert-B6 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zipvert-B6 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
