Proanes 10 mg Infusion is a general anaesthetic. It works by causing reversible loss of consciousness. This allows surgical procedures to be carried out without pain and distress.

Proanes 10 mg Infusion is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Proanes 10 mg Infusion is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Proanes 10 mg Infusion may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Proanes 10 mg Infusion is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Proanes 10 mg Infusion is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Use of Proanes 10 mg Infusion can cause green discoloration of urine.
Proanes 10 mg Infusion is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Proanes 10 mg Infusion may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
