Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Myosone Plus Tablet is to be taken with food.
Myosone Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Eperisone and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.

Taking Eperisone+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Myosone Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
