Neuromin-M Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin and Piracetam. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B. It helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Piracetam is a neuroactive medication. It works by protecting brain and nervous system against shortness of oxygen and also affects various channels on nerve cells.
