Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Premisol 4 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Avoid Premisol 4 mg Tablet with dietary sodium.
Premisol 4 mg Tablet is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.

Premisol 4 mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Undesirable effects, such as dizziness, vertigo, visual disturbances and fatigue are possible after treatment with Premisol 4 mg Tablet. This may affect your driving ability.
Premisol 4 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Premisol 4 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
There is limited information available on the use of Premisol 4 mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
