Vertipro 500mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Prochlorperazine which treat migraine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Prochlorperazine is an antiemetic (anti-nausea) medicine. It blocks the signals in the brain that cause nausea and vomiting associated with migraine.

Occasional short-term use of Vertipro 500mg/5mg Tablet for the treatment of nausea and vomiting poses little risk to the breastfed infant.
Vertipro 500mg/5mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
